no coding, no design, no pitch deck

We build the website.
You make the call.

Type in a kind of business and a town. We find the ones with no website, make each of them a real one, and hand you the link. You call, you text it, they decide. If they say yes, they pay you. We’ll help you with the words.

Free. No card. You can read this whole page and never sign up for anything.

what the call sounds like
Hey, is this Fade Lab? I promise I’m not selling anything weird. I noticed you don’t have a website, so I made you one.
…you made us one?
Yeah. It’s got your reviews, your hours, the photos from your Google page. Can I text you the link? Takes like ten seconds to look.
Sure, send it here.
Sent. Look whenever. If you want it, it’s $300 to set up and $19 a month to keep it online, and I handle all of it.
Ok that actually looks good. Let me show my brother.

That’s a normal call, not a highlight reel. Most don’t go this well, and that’s fine. You only need a few to.

before you dial

The first call is the scary one. So here’s exactly what happens.

Nobody’s a natural at this. The people who make it work just know what’s coming.

  • They’re busy, not mean. They’re mid-haircut or under a car. “Now’s bad” just means now is bad. Ask when’s better and actually call back then.

  • You’ll fumble the first three. Everyone does. The script is written so you can read it straight off your screen and still sound like a person.

  • The link does the convincing. Your only job on the phone is getting a yes to “can I text it to you?” That’s a tiny ask. You can do a tiny ask.

  • A no is a no. Say thanks, hang up, next one. The people who want it will tell you. You never have to talk anyone into anything.

what to say

Read it off the screen. Nobody can tell, we promise.

The app puts this next to every single lead with their name and their reviews already filled in. Here’s the whole thing with a sample shop.

say this first

“Hey, is this Fade Lab? I’ll make this fast. You don’t have a website and y’all clearly should, so I built you one. Can I text you the link?”

You said their name. You said you already did something for them. You asked for the smallest possible yes. That’s the whole trick.

if they say…

“How much is it?”

“Looking is free. If you want to keep it, it’s $300 to set up and $19 a month to keep it online, and I handle everything. Look first, decide later.”

“We get everything through word of mouth.”

“Honestly that’s why I called. You’ve got 62 five-star reviews and nowhere to send people when they Google you. That’s all this is.”

“Is this a scam?”

“Fair. I’m local, I’ll text from this number, and the link’s just a page you can look at. No login, no card. If it’s not for you, delete it.”

“I’m busy right now.”

“Totally. I’ll text it so it’s there whenever. Is tomorrow morning better to call back?”

“No thanks.”

“No worries at all, have a good one.” Then hang up. For real.

Before

Open their reviews. Find one line you actually like. Have the link copied already.

During

Stand up. Smile, it changes your voice. After you ask to text the link, stop talking and let them answer.

After

Text the link within a minute. One follow-up in two days if they haven’t opened it. Then leave them alone.

the part we do

You never open a design app. You never touch any code.

you

Type a kind of business and a town

Small towns and specific shops work best. Barbershops in Tuscaloosa beats restaurants in Atlanta.

us

We find the ones with no website

Live from Google. Phone number, reviews, hours, photos. The ones with nothing online float to the top.

us

Each one gets a real site and a link

Their name, their reviews, their hours, a big button to call or book. Made before you dial, so you’re never bluffing.

you

Call, text the link, get paid

They say yes, you collect the setup fee, we put it on their own web address and keep it online. You get a little every month too.

the money part

You set the price. You keep the setup fee. All of it.

Most people charge $300 to $500 to set it up, and the business is getting a real website for that, so it’s a fair deal on both ends. Then $19 a month keeps it online. We take that part, and you get a slice of it for as long as it’s up.

No earnings screenshots here. Just the math if you make ten calls a day for a week and you’re about average at it.

Calls in a week50
Pick up and actually talk~15
Let you text the link~8
Say yes1 to 2
Setup fee you keep, each$300
That week, in your pocket$300 to $600
Plus, every month, per site that stays up$5

These are assumptions, not results. Charge less if you want. Charge more if you’re good.

The business pays $19 a month to keep their site online on their own web address. We bill them, and their site stays up even if you stop using nosite.
